At Bhavani Bags, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility 🔄

Products can be returned only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect found

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Invoice or proof of purchase must be available

Returns may not be accepted if these conditions are not met.

2. Non-Returnable Items ❌

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special sale offers (if marked non-returnable)

3. Return Request Process 📩

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order details
    • Photos of the product
    • Reason for return

Return approval will be confirmed after verification.

4. Replacement Policy 🔁

If your return request is approved:

  • Replacement will be arranged (subject to stock availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed

Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

5. Refund Policy 💰

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement product is unavailable
  • Order is cancelled before shipment
  • Wrong or damaged product confirmed after verification

Refund timeline:

  • UPI / Bank transfer: 3–5 working days
  • Debit/Credit card: 5–7 working days
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI

6. Cancellation Policy 🚫

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation

Once shipped:

Cancellation may not be possible.

7. Return Shipping Charges 🚚

Return shipping charges depend on the situation:

  • If mistake is from Bhavani Bags → Return shipping is free
  • If return requested by customer preference → Shipping charges may apply

8. Damaged Package Handling ⚠️

If package appears:

  • Torn
  • Opened
  • Damaged

Please take photos immediately and report within 24 hours of delivery.

Late complaints may not be eligible for return.
